- Discord ID (optional): For verification during tasks and community interactions.
- Stargaze Address (if applicable): For distributing NFTs and other exclusive benefits.
- Additional Data: Other data that may be collected when using features like the investment dashboard or airdrop management.
2.2 Purpose of Data Use
The purposes of data use include:
- Registration and Verification: Ensuring unique identification and allowing only verified and trustworthy users to participate.
- Platform Access: Enabling features like the Knowledge Hub, community interactions, portfolio management, and airdrop claims.
- Fraud Prevention: Identifying and preventing fraudulent activities, scams, and abuse.
- Communication: Providing updates, airdrop notifications, new features, and other relevant information.
2.3 Data Review
All registrations are manually reviewed by our team to prevent fraud and misuse of the platform.
We reserve the right to reject any registration suspected of fraudulent behavior or scamming without providing justification.
If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to suspend users and initiate further investigations. Users have the right to appeal suspensions by contacting support@librys.info.
3. Terms of Participation and Guarantees
3.1 No Guarantee of Rewards or Airdrops
Participation in the Seasons or use of the Librys platform does not automatically entitle users to airdrops, NFTs, or other rewards.
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel airdrops, rewards, or other benefits if technical, operational, or legal reasons necessitate such changes.
3.2 Tax Responsibilities for Rewards
Users are solely responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations related to airdrops, rewards, or other financial benefits.
Tax laws applicable to the user's place of residence govern the taxation of rewards.
Librys accepts no liability for users' failure to comply with tax regulations or for any resulting consequences.
3.3 Conduct Guidelines
Users must refrain from fraudulent actions, scamming attempts, or any form of abuse.
Suspicious activities will result in immediate disqualification from the Seasons and exclusion from the platform. Users have the right to appeal (see section 2.3).
In cases of severe violations, Librys reserves the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.
3.4 Disclaimer
Librys assumes no liability for delays, interruptions, or outages of the platform caused by technical issues, cyberattacks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Data Storage and Security

Your data will be stored for the duration of your use of the Librys platform and will only be deleted upon your explicit request to delete your account.
Once your account is deleted, all personal data will be permanently removed unless legal retention periods require longer storage.
